This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and delivery works on Anmol Ghar (“Platform”, “Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on Anmol Ghar, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

About Shipping on Anmol Ghar
Anmol Ghar is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent vendors (“Vendors”) and purchased by customers (“Customers”).
However, shipping is arranged and managed by Anmol Ghar through third-party logistics and courier partners (“Delivery Partners”). This means:
- We coordinate shipping and tracking for your order, and
- Delivery is performed by a third-party courier company.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India, depending on courier partner availability.
Serviceability Check
We try to ensure that orders are accepted only for serviceable pin codes. However, in some cases, checkout may still be completed and an order may be placed even if the pin code is later found to be non-serviceable by our delivery partners.
If a pin code is later found to be non-serviceable:
- Anmol Ghar reserves the right to cancel the order, and
- if payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per applicable refund timelines.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once:
- payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders), and
- the Vendor accepts/ships the Order.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within [1–5 business days] after confirmation.
Processing time may vary due to:
- vendor readiness
- stock availability
- product type or special handling requirements
- high demand during sales/festivals
- verification requirements for suspicious orders
Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched:
- tracking details will be shared, and
- cancellation may not be possible (or may be possible only as per our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines may be shown at checkout and/or on the order page.
Typical delivery timelines:
- Local / Same State: [2–7 business days]
- Other States: [4–15 business days]
These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may increase due to:
- remote location servicing
- courier network delays
- weather disruptions
- government restrictions
- strikes or transport disruptions
- festive season overload
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- product weight and size
- order value
- delivery pin code
- courier partner rates
- packaging requirements
Free Shipping
If free shipping is offered:
- it may apply only to selected products, categories, or minimum order value, and
- it may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Delivery Partners (Third-Party Logistics)
Anmol Ghar uses trusted third-party logistics and courier service providers (“Delivery Partners”) for order delivery.
Delivery Partners may vary depending on factors such as:
- delivery location and pin code
- package size and weight
- service availability
- operational requirements
Anmol Ghar may change or assign Delivery Partners for an order without prior notice to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be provided through:
- SMS / WhatsApp / Email, or
- your Anmol Ghar account order page
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take time to refresh.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to 2 times.
Delivery may fail due to:
- wrong or incomplete address
- incorrect pin code
- customer unavailable
- phone switched off / unreachable
- customer refusal to accept the order
- restricted access areas
If Delivery Fails
If delivery fails, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases:
- the order may be cancelled automatically, and
- refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned package is received and verified.
Shipping Charges on Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (wrong address, refusal, non-availability, etc.):
- shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, and
- COD orders may be blocked for repeat failed deliveries.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:
- correct delivery address
- correct pin code
- correct mobile number
- landmark (if required)
Anmol Ghar is not responsible for:
- failed deliveries due to incorrect details, or
- delays caused by address clarification issues.
Delivery at the Address
Delivery will be made at the address provided at checkout.
If the courier partner requires OTP verification (in some areas), the customer must share OTP only after receiving the package.
Packaging and Safe Delivery
Products are packed to ensure safe delivery.
Depending on the order and logistics requirements, packaging may include:
- vendor packaging
- Anmol Ghar packaging
- courier partner packaging
Damaged Package / Tampered Package
If the package appears:
- opened
- torn
- damaged
- resealed
- leaking
- tampered
Customers are strongly advised to refuse delivery and immediately contact us.
If you still choose to accept the delivery, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos of:
- the outer packaging
- the shipping label
- the damaged/tampered area
- the product received
Note: Any photos or videos shared by the customer will be used only for initial verification. Final acceptance of a damage/tampering claim will depend on our internal verification, including courier partner confirmation, packaging inspection, and other checks.
We reserve the right to reject claims that appear suspicious, inconsistent, or fraudulent.
Wrong Product / Missing Items
If you receive any of the following:
- wrong product
- missing item(s)
- incomplete order
- damaged product
- defective product (not working / broken / manufacturing defect)
you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a request, customers may be required to share:
- clear photos of the product received
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- photos of the shipping label / invoice label
- photos clearly showing the issue (damage/defect)
- unboxing video (if available)
- a short video showing the product in non-working condition (where applicable), clearly demonstrating the defect
Important: Any photos or videos provided by the customer will be used only for initial verification. Final approval will depend on our internal verification process, which may include vendor confirmation, courier partner checks, and other validation steps.
Claims raised after the allowed time window may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject claims that appear inconsistent, incomplete, suspicious, or fraudulent.
Partial Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in multiple packages due to:
- multiple vendors in a single order
- warehouse availability
- courier restrictions on package size/weight
- product safety/handling requirements
In such cases:
- you may receive separate tracking IDs, and
- different items may arrive on different dates.
Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Applicable)
If COD is available:
- COD availability depends on pin code and courier partner rules
- COD may be disabled for high-value orders or certain categories
- COD may be disabled for accounts with repeated RTO history
- customer must keep the exact amount ready at delivery
Delivery Delays and Liability Disclaimer
Anmol Ghar will assist with tracking and escalation wherever possible.
However, Anmol Ghar is not liable for delays caused by:
- courier partner operations
- weather conditions
- strikes
- government restrictions
- unexpected transport disruptions
- force majeure events
Non-Delivery Due to Unforeseen Reasons
In rare cases, a courier partner may mark delivery as not possible due to operational constraints.
If delivery becomes impossible:
- the order may be cancelled, and
- refund will be initiated if payment was received.
International Shipping
Anmol Ghar currently does not provide international shipping.
